Gearing up...

I have been on overdrive for that last few weeks...and boy am I starting to feel it!  However, I am stoked about  my very first show...YAY, the {JAR} is going big time!!  (snicker)  I have been working on tons new things and I have had some great help from my Mom, my (might as well be my Mom) Kathie, and my Ma-In Law~  SUPER HELPERS....they have been great little busy bees!  LOVE 'EM!!!  With all of us put together we have come up with fan-tabu-lous (yes, that's a word,...in my vocab) items.  Check it all out...what do you think???

Okay, now onto new things...love new junk!  Been hitting the workshop hard lately and getting geared up for my very first show!  AHHH!  So exciting...AHHH!  I can make a spindle candle in my sleep if I need to.  Love making each one unique and the fact that they are all handmade  makes them extra wonderful!  ((Cheesy Grin)) Tomorrow is all about working on a side table that I will be taking to the show and then over to finish up a door that has become a never ending project.  WHEW!  Okay, so onto what you came for...pictures of the goods!!!  

 Oh and let's not forget the wreath...we have plenty of wreaths to go around. Big ones, little ones, REALLLY  old ones....you want it...we got it or we can get it!!!!

Fork in the road...

The "Jar" is taking a few steps back and pushing our opening date back. With all good things come a few bumps in the road...I now plan to have an official opening later in the summer. BUT, we will still be working and still have tons of great things for sale. After we open in the summer we will carry furniture, windows, wreaths, jars, etc. However we will now carrying things for horse lovers and a few clothing items as well. So one could say we will now be a vintage, furniture upcycling, horse lovers, awesome place to get your local shopping fix on!! I appreciate the continued support and if you see anything you like let me know....xoxo ♥♥

Scattered!

This week I have been all over the place.  Housework, kids, hubby, shop worries, shop work, painting, sanding...well you get the drift.  I drop one thing and find something else that is calling for my attention, lately that has been my children. Projects spread out all over my house, my in-laws shop and my mothers porch...insanity! SCATTERED I tell ya!! So tonight I sat down in front of the computer to write my post , but then I was distracted! 

This evenings post will be simple.  It is going to be about things I love, blogs I love, ideas I love...things that drive me to push forward through all this insanity.  Honestly that should be a giant picture of my children...because all of this is for them, they are why I am pushing myself so hard here lately.  But the things that inspire me come from other places too...so tonight is about that what inspires me and here are few great blogs, great post and inspiring people.  ENJOY!

to do list

My "to do" list seems to just never end, it never changes and most certainly never gets any big gold stars.  I have oooh let's see...5 different craft projects & window re-furbs on hold.  Between tending to a 3mos old, dealing with the tantrums and tyrant 2yr old, laundry...oh the laundry, planning the holidays and the other million things my list consist of, my blogging is slacking.  But know that when I get all my little projects done I will post them.  In my minimal free time I have been getting my Etsy shop set up, which I am very excited about!!  Another love I have and great place for ideas and design tips, it the Pinterest site.  Check them out you will love love love!  Hope everyone has a Terrific Tuesday and check back with us to see what's new, exciting and full of love!!
